Presales Application Engineer - Dental

Base: Japan - Tokyo

Job Description

Provide comprehensive pre‑sales technical support, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, customer requirement evaluation, and technical consultation.
Train clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions.
Create application cases, technical documents, and training materials.
Record and maintain pre‑sales data; analyse and report product issues to supervisors and R&D; follow up on resolution and drive continuous improvement.
Assist R&D in testing new software, hardware, and materials; provide improvement feedback.
Support on‑site events (exhibitions, competitions) and demonstrate product performance.
Monitor market and competitor information; establish internal feedback mechanisms.
Propose product improvement suggestions based on customer feedback.

Dental‑related major or industry experience; basic computer hardware/software knowledge.
Knowledge of equipment hardware/software to provide service support for dental products.
Fluency in Japanese and English.
No work experience required; good communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Proactive, responsible, analytical, quick learner, team player.
Base location: Japan.
