International Legal Affairs Specialist

Job Description

• Provide legal support for SHINING 3D's international operations, with focus on Asia‑Pacific regions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (distribution, sales, procurement, NDAs, etc.).
• Advise on compliance with local laws and regulations in jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Manage intellectual property matters (trademarks, patents, copyrights) and coordinate with external counsel.
• Support data privacy and export control compliance.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation management when necessary.
• Collaborate with HQ legal team and cross‑functional departments.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in relevant markets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or above; qualified lawyer in China or common law jurisdiction preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a multinational or technology company.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IP, data privacy, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus for HQ coordination).
• Ability to work independently and across time zones.
• Base locations: Hangzhou, Hong Kong, or Malaysia.
