Job Description
Human Resources (80%):
Recruitment & Onboarding:
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.

Conduct new employee orientation to ensure smooth integration.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
-
Handle employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations.

Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and local regulations; keep policies up to date.

Support performance appraisal processes, disciplinary procedures, and offboarding.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
-
Support monthly payroll processing, social security contributions, and annual benefits reviews.
Training & Development:
-
Help organize training programs based on business needs.

Track local employees’ training records and development plans.Administrative Support (20%):
Office Operations:
-
Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management (cleaning, security), equipment maintenance, and office supplies procurement.

Support local business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and reception of visitors.
Documentation & Compliance:
-
Maintain employee records and administrative documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with local compliance filings, such as company registration, tax, and business license renewals.
Cross-Cultural Communication:
-
Act as a communication bridge between HQ and Brazilian teams, assisting with translation of key documents, meeting minutes, and internal announcements.

Foster cultural understanding and collaboration between HQ and the Brazil team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese (all skills at working level). Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
