Job Description

Human Resources (80%):

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.

  • Conduct new employee orientation to ensure smooth integration.

    Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Handle employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations.

  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and local regulations; keep policies up to date.

  • Support performance appraisal processes, disciplinary procedures, and offboarding.

    Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Support monthly payroll processing, social security contributions, and annual benefits reviews.

    Training & Development:

  • Help organize training programs based on business needs.

  • Track local employees’ training records and development plans.Administrative Support (20%):

    Office Operations:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management (cleaning, security), equipment maintenance, and office supplies procurement.

  • Support local business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and reception of visitors.

    Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records and administrative documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist with local compliance filings, such as company registration, tax, and business license renewals.

    Cross-Cultural Communication:

  • Act as a communication bridge between HQ and Brazilian teams, assisting with translation of key documents, meeting minutes, and internal announcements.

  • Foster cultural understanding and collaboration between HQ and the Brazil team.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese (all skills at working level). Basic English communication skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
