Dental Application Engineer (Remote)

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support services, including but not limited to pre-sales demonstrations, product installation and commissioning, equipment training, after-sales problem solving, and equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for client training on newly launched applications and product features.
• Create application cases, technical documentation, training materials, etc.
  
  Assist R&D, business, and quality management
• Record and maintain after-sales data, organize and analyze it, and promptly report product technical issues to direct supervisors and R&D, monitor problem resolution progress, and promote continuous product optimization.
• Assist R&D with testing of new product software, hardware, and materials, providing feedback on improvements.
• Support on-site events such as exhibitions and competitions, and explain product performance to business systems.
• Monitor and collect information on clients and competitive products in the market, establishing an internal feedback mechanism.
• Provide reasonable suggestions and feedback on product improvements based on customer feedback.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Mechanical major with basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of equipment hardware and software, 3D digitizing technology, forward and reverse 3D design software, industry knowledge, and electronic product disassembly and assembly skills.
• 3-5 years' related experience required, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Active and responsible work ethic, a strong research spirit, analytical skills, strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork skills.
