Account Manager - Dental

Job Description

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for SHINING 3D dental digital products in Japan; achieve assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain distributor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in‑depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyse market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities-roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and development of KOLs/KOCs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self‑driven, action‑oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal‑focused with high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in medical, dental, or clinical industry strongly preferred.
