Sales Administration Specialist(Stuttgart/Germany, Tampa/USA)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Process and follow up sales orders from sales, including creating new account and new quote, new order in CRM, creating Quote, Order confirmation and Proforma Invoice, applying for account payment credit, following up fulfillment and invoice, collecting necessary document for compliance purpose;

2.Responsible for the management of Reseller Agreement renew;

3.Create sales analysis report for sales regularly;

4.Process and follow up after-sales RMA cases internally from Technical Engineer until shipment and invoice;

5.Responsible for testing new function of CRM and ERP. 6.Other duties assigned from supervisor.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Management/Communication or other related majors;

2.More than 1 year working experience in business management or other similar roles;

3.Familiar with sales management system, proficient in various office skills, proficient in Excel;

4.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, good multiple-tasking skills;

5.Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and strong pressure resistance;

6.Excellent English expression and writing skills.
