1.According to the company's business plan, plan and execute the marketing strategy for the Americas, including online/offline campaigns etc.;

2.Coordinate with colleagues, vendors, and customers to generate content for the local market;

3.Initiate local promotion campaigns, and explore new local promotion platforms/channels/agencies to promote Shining3D brand awareness and generate leads;

4.Support the development of sales channels by providing marketing support.

5.Responsible for work distribution, training, guidance, and performance evaluation of the marketing team, as well as responsible for overall work results.

6.Support HQ when needed.

1.Related majors such as marketing, communication, or advertising are preferred;

2.Has more than 5 years of relevant working experience in brand promotion and market planning;

3.Able to independently organize and implement market research and event planning, with excellent resource integration and business promotion capabilities;

4.Possesses good communication and cooperation skills, as well as rich team management experience;

5.Has active thinking, is willing to learn new things, and is professional and responsible.
