Regional Sales Manager (USA)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define the messaging, sales lead positioning and go-to-market strategy for sales team and how it relates to our 3D metrology Scanner products.
  • Constantly assess customer needs, the competitive landscape and our value proposition through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Use our sales data and insights to shape our sales approach, priorities, and overall sales direction.
  • Create stories to inspire customers, the community, and internal sales teams to push sales to new heights.
  • Partner with product managers to continuously shape the road map and push the sales direction to new limits.
  • Based on the understanding, researching of 3D metrology products, leading the sales team with producing efficient promotion, developing our sales and market, and working on the price.
  • Leading and supporting the regional industrial sales team to attend the online, field events, new medias, all the channels and resources.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Metrology 3D Scanner sales experience with 5+ years in sales team leading of sales at a fast-growing 3D technical company.
  • Experience executing technical company sales campaigns.
  • The ability to inspire cross-functional teams, storytelling with ease, and spearhead complex sales programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a sharp eye for details.
  • Keen ability to turn a complex situation into a simple, clear plan.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for industrial 3D related products.
  • English will be the major communication language, additional language skills as the assets.
