1.Under minimal supervision, serve as SHINING 3D service to assigned customers; complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service needs on designated equipment;

2.Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution;

3.Maintain regular, frequent communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction;

4.Partner with the customer, recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more efficiently;

5.Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service record and internal service records in a timely manner;

6.Utilize the escalation process, as needed, and work closely with regional and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner;

7.Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts. Effectively engage commercial counterparts, identify potential sales leads, participate in sales opportunities such as renewals, and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs;

8.Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business;

9.Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends;

10.Complete on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction as needed;

11.Research, Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems;

12.Assists Account Manager for online, offline demonstration;

13.Perform training to resellers, users, account manager as requested;

14.Technical support for company or partners' offline events like workshop, exhibitions, etc.;

15.Take care of repair work on the products, create case study, technical related knowledge and application;

1.B.S. Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field required;

2.Has working experience as Applications Engineer in the use of 3D imaging and rapid prototyping (additive manufacturing) is preferred;

3.Understanding of 2D and 3D CAD, Metrology, blueprint interpretation, GD&T;

4.Exhibits exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills as recognized by peers;
